Shipping:

The Elegant Needle uses USPS or UPS for shipping. Please call the shop to determine what is best for your specific needs.

Return Policies:

We will accept accessories back if they are defective in some manner, but we cannot accept the return of threads.  We are happy to accept returns for store credit.

• All items must be in the original condition and must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for Store Credit only.  
• Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
• Purchases, Sale items, Custom Orders, Special Orders & Custom Stitch Guides are not returnable.
